"After 16 hours of intercontinental travel and train rides through Sweden, I am so glad the Elite Grand Hotel was my destination. The staff was welcoming in every interaction. I am particularly fond of the clerk who explained how the bus payment system worked. She kept at it until I understood that I should pay for my ticket in the app just as I entered the bus. It was important that I not waste any of my 90 minute paid-up transit window standing around on the bus stop. That's what l call looking after your guests.
