This motel does not give proof of payment and cash deposit receipt. I ask the owner for a receipt for both my booking and cash deposit and in a angry attitude he said "no we dont give receipt"

Very clean and quiet even when it is located on a main street. Only complaint was the toilet seat was loose. Staff very friendly and said hello every time they saw us.

My new favorite place to stay when I go to the San Diego area. Clean, quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful. Has everything you need, nearby to everything you need in Oceanside and close to Camp Pendleton, if that’s the purpose of your visit. Love this place. Parking looks like it could be an issue when busy, but I did not have any problems.
