KITCHEN AND DINING C109 - Sea Breeze has an open kitchen plan with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and additional built-in cabinetry. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare any meal which allows you to save money and time while on vacation and makes cooking together a breeze. The dining area seats four around an oval wood table which promotes easy conversation as you plan a new adventure or discuss the events of the day. There are also two additional seats at the counter for quick bites.
LIVING AREAS The living room is furnished with a large comfortable couch and leather armchair for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room also has a 50" flatscreen TV that you can use to either watch cable or enjoy a DVD after a day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and features a walk-in shower and separate vanity.
SLEEPING C109 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom features brand new furniture including a headboard, dresser and 2 nightstands. A comfortable Cal-King-sized bed and also includes a flat-screen TV with Cable and a DVD player. There is also a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping spots.
EXTRAS -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -C109 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.
