Building amenities include: on-site parking, outdoor pool, sundeck and a tennis court. The building charges a non-refundable parking fee due in cash at the building. Second car parking may be available for an additional fee. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building is very popular and located close to shopping and restaurants-if you delay your spot will be gone!
