The entry-level primary suite offers a private balcony and sweeping bay views, while upstairs, the open living space features breathtaking ocean views and access to a spacious oceanfront balcony.
This bright and welcoming unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining for 6, two full bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase spectacular sunsets over the bay. With an in-unit washer/dryer, indoor pool access, and a prime beachfront location, your perfect coastal getaway starts here. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
