I'm curious how the rating on this hotel is so good. It was in need of a remodel or at least cleaning of carpets. I let the water run and never got hot water it was early I saw no bombero (black tank on roof) so as is often in Guatemala no so much in Mexico no hot water. Coffee in the office was ...
