If you don't want to eat in the hotel in the evenings (vegetarian buffet), then there are couple of food options nearby but be mindful that Mondays seem to be very quiet with a lot of places closed. You are able to get the bus right outside the hotel in to Budapest in 20 mins. Very easy and convenient to do. Uber's are also easy to get. It was a nice balance between city break and relaxation - just what we wanted. "

Breakfast was another disappointment—it was so poorly prepared that it actually irritated us while we were eating. The only things we could bear to have were coffee (which was weak and pre-made) and some yogurt. When we checked out, we shared our complaints, and another guest next to us said they had experienced similar problems. They mentioned that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed when it came to housekeeping. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed.
