"We have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff is extremely helpful, and I would rate the hotel excellent except that often we have found things broken and not repaired and / or amenities are not working as in the hot tup, or the pool is freezing cold, or safety bar in bathroom is loose from wall. I understand the hotel is in the process of renovating. Hopefully things will improve. We have not let issues prevent us from staying there as the valet parking is excellent, and I need a functioning pool in order to do laps during my stay."
