First of all I want to say that my experience with Ms. Fowler was professional and excellent. However, the front desk person during the day was not. Ms Fowler had noted I would be checking in early. I understand rooms may not have been open at the time I first arrived, but 2.5 hours later the lot was pretty empty and I was met with contempt again when even trying to check my bags before going to the game. After the game, Ms Fowler looked puzzled when I told her I was checking in and stated she thought I was checking in earlier. I told her that it didn’t happen and proceeded to tell her our experience. She was very apologetic and said she hoped they could make it up to me. The room I was in #110 must be near a pump or some sort of equipment and that was annoying, but overall the location is very convenient and it was a clean property.

Family time for the AJSA jet ski races.

Absolutely amazing staff and cleanliness. The breakfast bar was over the top, clean and the staff very friendly. This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and have told other family members, and they stayed as well. We will be back.
