Information from the host was great and quick. The place was a great weekend getaway for me and my family. My wife loved the view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony, and we all loved how close we were to the beach. These villas are really a perfect location if you are going to Oak Island...on the beach...close to the lighthouse...easy walk to the pier. Very friendly beach too with people walking by.

A Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

We had a great vacation here. The place was clean, everything in the condo worked, access to the beach was easy, the location was perfect, and communication with Lisa was excellent. We spent a week here and enjoyed ourselves very much!

The condo is nice. It needs a little tender loving care but was clean. Condo above us had kids that sounded like wild horses running but they went to bed early. Only suggestion I really have is it needs a broom and dust pan so we can sweep up sand or whatever. All in all, yes we would stay here again.

Nice community, great location!

Property was great, pool was nice as well. Very convenient to stores and entertainment. Communication with the host was fast and plesant. Stayed here for 3 nights , wish it was longer! Would stay here again!

The place was great as well as the price. It’s all the added fees that makes it more expensive. As far as cleanliness the furniture rooms and kitchen, decks are great. It’s the cleaning crew that comes in after someone leaves is bad. Sand all on the floors, baseboard dirty, it’s like they get paid by the unit and half a@@ the job The host was great and her mom would be proud would definitely return and recommend. Short walk to beach and 10 minute beach walk to pier restaurant that was excellent

Great property grounds and easy beach access. The condo itself is outdated, but it’s clean and has everything you need. And the beach is right there. Communication with the owner was great and we had no issues during our stay.

Good: ocean view from balcony, kitchen items, living room and balcony furnitures, second bedroom 2 beds. Extra rolling bed and pullout sofa. The wall color is very relaxing and not overwhelmed with decorations. Great parking spot.Bad: need new mattress in master bedroom (very uncomfortable and it seem very old), hallway bathroom ( toilet need update, shower head need update. We had to unclog the shower drain , exhaust fan need update and super noisy, light fixtures need moden look). The extra rolling bed need a new wheels and probably new mattress.

Our Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything is just as pictured and everything was clean and ready for our stay. The location was perfect and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered my questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again!

Cute spot

The location is amazing! we loved the pool and the beach, the condo left a little something to be desired. There were a few roaches on the floor when we came in and the electrical work was scary, with the stove making loud popping noises and breaking once but all in all served its purpose

Property was ok great view nice pool great beach access. Only thing we didn’t get much sleep family above stomped across the floor all day and all night you can hear everything they do.

Everything was wonderful, except for the upstairs occupant above us, walked around a lot late at night the ceiling creaked.Also one way arrived there weren’t enough parking passes for our party so we were stressing about getting towed.

Quiet and relaxing condo

Enjoyed our stay with just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. I was happy that there was a room on the ground floor to store beach chairs, fishing rods, etc so we didn't have to carry them upstairs. Disappointed that the TV was so tiny, like a 24" TV, and no TV in the master bedroom. My husband is a sports fan and doesn't miss watching the Yankees play baseball. Beds were comfortable and the unit had a nice deck to watch the waves and take in the ocean breeze.

NOT a luxury villa

When we arrived at the property, we were immediately concerned about the cleanliness of the place. The rugs and furniture upholstery were very dirty, as were the ceiling fans and kitchen cabinets both inside and out. In addition the interior seemed dingy and dated as a whole. We reached out to the manager, who responded quickly and scheduled cleaning to be completed after our stay. We left a day early simply because of the condition of the property. The unit is in the best location on Caswell Beach, and the AC worked well. The complex is very nice, but in general we were surprised to find these kind of issues in a property with a premiere host. She refunded 25 percent of the nightly rate, which was appreciated, but that does not change that our very limited vacation time was less than stellar.

My husband and I were pleased with this condo. It was all we needed for a 4-night stay. Everything was clean. The bathrooms could use some updating, but overall a nice place. The walk to the beach is very accessible and quick, the balcony area is big, and the location is great.
