"Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly! I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order/closed, but the pool is a nice indoor heated pool and there is a fantastic outdoor grilling area overlooking the lake. Beautiful!"

"I had to give the 1 star to post a review but it was less. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, we killed 9 roaches. Went the office where the manager apologized profusely and offered to give us a full refund. At 1030pm we hadno where else to go so he said we could stay til morning and still receive a refund which we appreciated. He then sent someone to spray the room. She went in room spraying and knocking roaches off the door ( with her hand) to the floor. And yes she left the dead roaches on the floor. I sat in the middle of the bed watching roaches crawl on the ceiling while my husband sleep since he was driving. Of course we checked out as soon as the sun rose without even showering because roaches were then crawling out the vents also. Again manager super apologetic and told us to call expedia as soon as we left. We did as asvised but when expedia called them, they denied us the refund. Worst experience ever. I really hope i save someone from the same experience. Horrible horrible horrible "
