"This is my second time to visit this property, but first time staying overnight . This place has so much potential to be a great resort . The facilities, rooms needs updates . There is a public restroom for those that are not staying overnight the men’s restrooms door has a rotting door with a huge hole that if go in there someone outside can see you change or do your business . There’s cobwebs everywhere. When i went back to our room the key will not open the door, i found someone to help me , and said the lock is broken and asked me if our window was unlocked i told i wasn’t sure , luckily it wasn’t and he was able to go in through the window and unlocked the door . Then he told me we have to move to another ,so i loved our stuff but when i stepped into the other rooms bathroom there was puddle of water on the floor , telling me there is a leak somewhere .I told the guy that was helping and he said he thinks he has spare luck and I will have to have until he fixes our original room , which we did. What i love about this place is , it’s not crowded , it’s like having the beach for yourself and your family . The staff were really helpful and our dinner was so delicious , the sunset view is spectacular!!"

"I would recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Iloilo. Everything about the hotel itself, including the restaurant, was top notch. I would rate my experience there outstanding based on two facts in particular. Not only are the hotel staff very professional, they are friendly. Second, Richmonde Hotel is only two blocks away from the major shopping mall and four blocks away from both the Art Museum and the Brandy Museum. Their entrances are side-by-side."
