Nice big rooms with everything you need including a mini fridge. Staff all very friendly and helpful, we got a complimentary early check in as a Radison member so that was a nice surprise. Hotel is in a good location minutes from the market square. We always stay here when visiting Nottingham

Bathroom smelled badly of sewage. Next room they moved me to had a broken safe. Safe couldn't be fixed as there were only 2 staff on duty covering breakfast, reception, and everything else. This place is seriously lacking funding to run effectively.

Lovely location over lookin Castle and getting around. Comfy bed, lovely thick towels and the white company toiletries. Only complaint our room was opposite lift so you could here it early morning and late at night.

Room was fine. Disabled toilet was very unclean and brought to attention of staff. Also we felt it was a bit mean that we couldn't check in 50 mins before 3 but we were able to leave luggage
