Property under renovation. Rooms are old and in need of repair. We have no phone. Had no jangers, tub doesn't drain. Hubby fixed toliet sest so it wouldn't fall off.

The hotel was obviously remodeled at some point. Still tacky. No elevators, Hot Tub was not available, The A/C in our room wasn't working, no outside windows to cool the room off. The Maintenance guy knocked and walked in our room in the morning and argued with me then came back to yell at us after we called the front desk complaining. He stated that "there isn't supposed to be anybody in this room". Tried to get the manager to call us back and no response. No apology ever. It was made out to be our fault this happened. I don't recommend staying at this hotel ever.

Does anyone have a working hot tub these days????

Our main go to must haves are always an indoor hot tub and a warm breakfast. After making a reservation, we were angry to get to the check in desk only to find out the pool was under repair. We had even verified with Ramda's main reservations center that the North Platte site had a working hot tub. Can you tell this happens to us frequently? I long for the days you could EASILY call the hotel direct to make your reservation!!!

The staff was short and sarcastic. The rooms were dirty. My hotel room literally had a broken toliet seat and no toilet paper. Overall, just a sad experience. I am really sad.

We were in room 157, the bed by the wall is broken, the mattress almost flipped over, the drain in tub was real slow, the little box of soap on the bathroom counter, was used and put back in the opened box, the tv service was sketchy at best. The picture kept going out. I left a note for whomever, in the room. We've stayed there numerous times, and have always been ok, this time was different.
