Very clean, rooms were nice sized. Very on brand for the Hampton Inn. But, the service is what made our stay even better.

We are in the midst of a the COVID 29 pandemic and Hilton promises that it is following CDC guidelines but that is not true. Though there was a sticker on the door promising extra cleanliness no one was wearing a mask! None of the staff and NONE of the customers. Covid is passed through the air people. Surface cleaning is fine but as far as I am concerned if masks aren’t mandated there is no safety!

The pool area was way too hot and stuffy. When we opened the door to get some much needed air, the front desk staff told us we were heating up the lobby area. 😮😟 Really?? We were actually trying to be responsible parents and supervise our kids, not die of asphyxiation!!
