Multiple guests got stuck in snow trying to park. I know its a problem while snowing but ice melt should be applied at minimum. Sheets dirty. Under bed not cleaned. Heater not plugged in/old with only basic controls. Small tv.

Pros: Close to highway
Cons: Mattress should be replaced. Internet should work in all rooms.
No internet in our room. Bed lumpy. Bathroom dingy.

Would be a "5", except....

Pros: Very nice rooms and check-in staff.
Cons: The breakfast area location and organization.
Location: Very convenient on/off from interstate. Good access to other food options.
Just needed a cheap place to stay while traveling home from being out west. This was the cheapest (besides Motel 6) place that was available. The staff was fine, the room was well equipped and clean. I didn't use the fitness room or hot tub, so cannot comment on them. The access to the Interstate, gas, food, etc. was very convenient. The one problem that I had... and the reason I did not give the motel an overall rating of "5"... is that the breakfast area was very small, crowded, and poorly organized. The breakfast "room" was just a spot in the lobby, adjacent to the front desk and entry doors, rather than being located in a separate room away from that congestion. People were standing around not knowing where to go, waiting in line for food, and waiting for any available seating to open up. As a result, I just grabbed a couple packaged rolls and a glass of juice and hit the road. They had a waffle machine and some other things there, but it just wasn't a very comfortable or relaxing situation.
