¡No busque más! Relájese y disfrute de la playa en nuestro espacioso condominio frente al mar de tres dormitorios y tres baños en la sección Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach. Nuestro condominio de reloj náutico se encuentra en el tercer piso de un complejo de tres pisos con estacionamiento adecuado en el lugar para su conveniencia. No hay ascensor, pero no es difícil subir ya que el primer piso está a nivel del suelo. Nuestro espacioso condominio tiene dos niveles que ofrecen más privacidad y excelentes vistas desde los grandes balcones directos superiores e inferiores con vista al mar.

Hay un gran flujo en todo el condominio bien decorado. Desde el hall de entrada, ingresa a la cocina totalmente equipada con barra para comer, piso de baldosas, despensa profunda y mucho más. Pared para vistas adicionales del océano. La puerta corrediza de vidrio conduce a un balcón frente al mar de 24 'con mesa de comedor y columpio para una comida relajante y divertida.

En la planta baja para dormir ofrece un dormitorio frente al mar con una puerta corrediza de vidrio al balcón. Cuenta con una cama King Tommy Bahama con un colchón con cubierta tipo almohada. Esta luminosa habitación tropical amplia tiene un gran armario iluminado y un baño de tamaño completo justo afuera de la puerta del pasillo. También hay un amplio dormitorio con dos camas individuales y baño privado de tamaño completo. Esta habitación tiene un tema náutico con ropa de cama de Ralph Lauren. Televisores de pantalla plana / DVD en cada habitación.
Hay una lavadora / secadora apilable HE de tamaño completo en el condominio para su conveniencia.

La escalera de caracol lo lleva a un nuevo nivel de disfrute de la playa. Esta gran área tiene dos puertas corredizas de vidrio a una terraza de 24 'para obtener vistas espectaculares de la playa, así como un excelente lugar para tomar el sol o mirar el cielo nocturno mientras disfruta de su bebida favorita. ¡No hay mejor vista en ningún lugar de la playa! El dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama king size y baño privado grande. También hay un área para sentarse / jugar con 48 "tv / dvd, juegos y un cómodo sillón de mimbre para leer y relajarse.

A minutos de distancia para divertirse más en la playa, se encuentra Barefoot Landing y Restaurant Row, que ofrece tiendas exclusivas y numerosas opciones gastronómicas. Great location!

The location of this property is amazing! The host was wondeful with her communication. The new furniture at the pool was very nice this year as well as the updated outdoor shower and foot wash. Unfortunately, I can not leave a 5 star review due to the cleanliness of the property. VERY DIRTY! Our kids walked around the condo in white socks and they were so brown afterwards, the stairs had an inch of hair and were black from all the dirt, extra pillows were stained yellow and were in deplorable condition, the bed comforters were NOT washed from the previous guests, so we did not have blankets for the week. We even found a bag of used condoms in the bedroom with two twin beds. I could understand if there were a few things that needed touched up, but for the price of this condo I do expect to feel comfortable and we absolutely did not.

The location for the beach was the best I’ve ever stayed. The views were beautiful. The upstairs was spacious and had a patio to go out on. Downstairs was a patio that had a swing on it to have your morning coffee. The owner was easy to reach to ask questions if needed. I would stay there again.

Great Location

Teens enjoyed easy access to the beach, the condo was very nice and the beds comfortable. Their is a maroon chair that needs cleaned or replaced as arms are soiled. Would stay again for sure.

Great Oceanview property

Enjoyed the ocean view of this condo. The beds were very comfortable and many staples were provided: coffee, filters, sugar, foil, etc. Owner very responsive. The only complaints were the poor wifi reception and I felt that the place would benefit from a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo.

Very Outdated property for the cost

We found out while there that this is the oldest condo on the beach here 1973 I believe. When we arrived on the check in date, the cleaners did not arrive until 53 minutes before check-in, and was leaving at four minutes till we could go into our condo. Once we entered our condo we could not find parking passes after contacting rental owner we was able to obtain some that were put back just in case this happened. This was an easy fix. After moving all of our suitcases in, we went to head for the beach and noticed that one of the sliding doors would not lock. The lock was not working property owner stated that you would have to use a wooden chunk to breeze the door to where it did not open, also that evening once returning and everybody taking showers, the master bathroom, the shower did not drain so the whole time you’re taking a shower, you are standing in water also very dusty around the whole condo the shades bookcases nightstands. Everything had dust all over it I would suggest the property owner to visit this location to see how their condo is being cleaned, on day three we noticed a giant, orange, reddish yellow spider on the ceiling going down the staircase the condo is supposedly sprayed once a month bedsheets and comforters had long black/brown hairs Tangled up in the fibers. For the amount they charged for the week it definitely is not worth what we paid. I know the email stated to give 5 stars if you leave a review but I think an honest review is what people need!

Relaxing Getaway

Our family enjoyed our visit to North Myrtle Beach. This unit is in a great location - right on the water and very close to nearby shops and restaurants. We loved being just steps away from the beach. The size of the unit offered our family of four plenty of space, so we were not too crowded, and we really enjoyed the view of the ocean while relaxing and dining on the deck.

Beach getaway

The property is nice, roomy enough for 6 adults. The upper level bedroom and bathroom were very nice. My elderly mother enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed the sound of the waves at night as we fell asleep.

Great vacation! Great views!

We had an excellent vacation thanks in large part to this condo! The condo itself could use a deep clean and some updating. However, it was obvious that some renovations had been recently completed, which was a pleasant surprise. And none of what I just mentioned deterred at all from relaxing and making memories. The large, 2-story condo felt more like a home than a condo. The spiral staircase is a little scary with young ones, but we found ways to block it off. The views from the decks cannot be beat! Quick proximity to the beach and pool (down a couple of flights of stairs). We ended up cancelling some off-site activities we had planned because we enjoyed bumming around the condo/complex so much. We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. We met some nice people in adjoining condos. The location was perfect and the condo was very comfortable. It was very well supplied. The owner responded quickly and helpfully when we contacted her. We hope to come again.

It was well equipped as stated in the description. It could use a deep cleaning & fresh coat of paint. The batteries in spoke detector would go off at least once a day assuming needed new batteries. Pest control showed up unannounced, with only notice a 3x3 sign out on the post. Overall was a great stay and great location. The beach was open, seemed south was more of kids zone so that was great for not having people on top of you. With the few small issues we had would not keep us from returning. Communication with Alyson was prompt & empathetic.

This condo met our needs and more. 2 Decks with a beautiful view. Nice and quiet beach. Very nice and clean. Close to great Restaurants. Host Provided quick and friendly response. Would stay here again.

Great Oceanfront Rental with Amazing Views and Host

The two decks and ocean views throughout make this a special unit. The beach is an easy walk with lots of space right in front of the building. The pool is on the parking lot side and was nice and clean and has a deeper end than many small pools. We saw beautiful sunrises, sunsets and starry nights from the top deck. I think what I miss most of all is the porch swing. There are activities of all sorts and some great restaurants within a few miles. The beds were very comfortable and you can hear the waves whenever it’s quiet. The unit was clean, well equipped. comfortable, convenient and just as described. The owner was incredibly responsive and nice and helped us immediately with questions and minor things that popped up. The info provided and check-in process was smooth and easy. We enjoyed every minute of our two week stay.
