Great hotel while you’re exploring the White Mountains in NH. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Daily breakfast was great. This hotel is very clean and pays attention to detail. Would definitely stay again

It was more than I could ask for

I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and my niece. It was very clean and the staff was great. They played the movie Dogman in the lobby at 7pm and had popcorn and cereal to snack on. The kids loved it. The breakfast in the morning was yummy too. I love the fresh waffles you can make for yourself.

We stayed for one night during our travel through the region. Nice area with lots to do and see. Room was nice, big, clean. The resort was quiet even with a lot of people staying here, and a lot with kids. Good amenities. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. As were most of the staff we ran into. Continental breakfast was lavish and delicious. I’ve stayed here before and this place gets better and better each year. High ratings and I will return.

Terrible cash policy

Our stay was as expected. The hotel was well maintained. The cleanliness of the room and property was flawless. It snowed about 6" overnight and snow was completely removed by morning. My one comlaint was their cash policy. I wanted to pay cash for the room. I was not allowed to pay upon check in. Instead they held the amount of our stay on my credit card for the duration of our stay and this hold cannot be removed until up to 48 hours after check out. I had to pay the cash at check out while the amount I paid was also still being held on my card. This is unacceptable and unnecessary.

This property is fabulous. The suites are clean, spacious and very well equipped. Tea /coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Well stocked. Rooms are very comfortable, beds super comfy. Choice of pillows 😍. Facilities are all very good, free breakfast, pool, laundry (only $2 for a wash and same for dry, ample time to dry everything). Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. It is very well situated, plenty of shops, places to eat and drink all within walking distance. Have mini golf after April. Skiing all within half an hours drive. Cant wait to stay again.

Stayed for one night, and everything’s fine. The room is big with an additional sofa. The bed is too soft, though. The breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, cereal, and juice. It would be better if there were carts of milk. The staff are friendly. Overall, it's a nice place.
