I liked that the hotel was on the beach. We were not told that maid services would not be available at all during our stay. We had to go to the front desk for t/p, towels and had to empty our own garbage everyday. They left all empty rooms open to anyone walking by. I felt like it was not safe since all rooms have balconies. Halls were filled with garbage and dirty towels.

No parking I was told to park across the street at a business parking lot , appearance of lobby didn’t sit well with me .

This hotel is terrible I stayed in a room that never received any type of cleaning or changing of towels. When I booked my reservation a month in advance and arrive my room wasn’t even ready and had to wait an extra hour to be checked in and also had no pillows on the bed . This hotel clearly needs better management or needs to be closed it was a waste of all the money I spent on the room . Also the hotel has a very disturbing stench of water and marijuana.

First, I would like to start by saying great view! But everything else was terrible. The room smelled so bad of cigarettes (non smoking room) and weed. We seriously think we got contact high just by walking down the hall of the hotel. Once we arrived in our room, a few minutes later another family walked into room as they were assigned same rooms The hallways, lobby, entrance, etc was very dirty. There were ZERO towels in the bathroom. Called down 3 times to get towels brought up and eventually went to lobby to pick them up. They only had ONE POOL towel they gave us. ONE. The tv was broken and never turned on. I am happy to say the beds were clean and free from bedbugs, at least from our initial inspection.

There were stains on the floor when we came into our room. There were also Cheetos on the floor by the bed. It was quite obvious that it wasn’t cleaned well. The sheets at least looked and smelled clean. The microwave had crusty dried cheese in it. There was a spider with web the size of a quarter downstairs by the elevators. It is just very obvious that the cleaning is halfway done. Everything else was fine.

They definitely need more people at the front desk. When we were checking in, there was one employee trying to answer 10 phone calls, while dealing with customers in the lobby. She did great for what she was given, but could have used some help. The room was beautiful and spacious. Room area seemed very clean, but there were random hairs all in the bathroom. The designated parking lot is two blocks away, which may be a problem for some. Hotel is in a great location, but beware that the restaurant on the first floor has live music from 5-10 every night that you can hear very clearly from your room (even on the top floor). Not good if you have small children that need to sleep. Overall, great beach location and room was beautiful, but needs a little more attention.

The hotel was not clean at all. Our room was old and dingy. Housecleaning service was non existent we never had clean towels and the garbage was never changed once! We would never stay here again. When we complained to the front desk, they just pretty much threw up their hands!
