Building is dated and needs a renovation. Good location on the boardwalk but that was about it. We were only there one night so not a big deal, but wouldn't want to vacation there. Also, they charged a daily "resort fee" that was not disclosed by Expedia, not a big deal for one night, but others checking in for longer stays were not happy about this, seemed like everyone in line was unaware abou the fee.

Moldy and water moisture damaged room

There is a heavy mildew smell in the hallways and it is also in the room see can see the bubles all over each wall where it is from water damage and moisture in the room. It was a last minute booking for the airshow but i will not return to this hotel.

The property is nice but the Hallway on the 4th floor smells so bad. Its like wet carpeting that never dried.

The location and view of both the ocean and boardwalk are ideal. The hotel is in need of updating... Overwhelming smell of marijuana, especially in the elevators. Disappointed the restaurant changed to Mexican. Also, did not open until 11:30. Breakfast, or just coffee, no longer available in the hotel. Outside pool was not available- was told not permitted to be open after Labor Day.

I do not recommend it

This hotel needs some improvements, comfortable is not a word that would describe it. Although advertised queen size beds, there is not such of thing, maybe full size. Beds were clean, bathroom was not. No hair dryer. No convenient outlets. No room service. No bathroom at the pool. The location is good, the staff friendly, the ocean view was beautiful. So there you have goods ands bads.

Wow this was terrible Expedia needs to get me a free hotel room after taking my money for this place..the rail going looking out to the balcony on 7 floor felt wobbly (that’s not safe)..the room was disgusting,looked like blood on the bathroom door ,puke in a chair,popcorn under the chair,not even dusted,just dirty and disgusting for sure
