The room itself was so nice, but the bed was uncomfortable. The view is great being beachfront with a balcony. Parking is difficult when you stay on the third floor.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews but this time I have to. One I was put on a beach property right next to an exit door which slams shut constantly, why you do not have a soft shut door I do not know. I was told by the front desk woman who was actually very rude and this is why I'm leaving the review. When I was checking in she gave me the instructions for the elevator and the parking and when I asked her how I would get to my room, instead of just telling me it's on the same floor around the corner she told me I would have to take the elevator and then take it down and just very confusing. She interrupted me while I was on the phone doing a talk to text to someone telling me that the deposit I had put down on my debit card would be automatically put back onto my card the next day. Not taking cash for a deposit is also ludicrous. It was not and I called to see what happened and they said it's a three to five business days. The place is clean that's what I will give you.

I had a challenging experience this past weekend due to several unforeseen issues at the hotel. An emergency situation required us to evacuate quickly with a toddler, descending four flights of stairs amidst chaos. Later that evening, the alarm sounded again, which caused significant distress to my child. Additionally, we encountered a pest issue, including the discovery of roaches, which was quite disturbing. This has been a horrible experience for my family and I.

The hotel was very clean. I loved that they had a parking garage. If you stay on floors 2-6, you can park on your room level and enter the floor from there. Also, I noticed they had a lot of security cameras. They have an indoor pool. Not sure if it's heated but it is available for use. All the staff I came in contact with, were very friendly and welcoming. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The beds were actually full size. If you plan on using the pull out sofa, ask for sheets. Also, if you go during the off season, a lot of the shops are closed. However, there are places within a 15 minute drive. For anyone wondering - yes there is a Walmart ! Would definitely stay here again ! Thank you for a great experience !
