Die Wohnung ist etwas vernachlässigt worden
Wir waren das 3.Mal in dieser Wohnung. 2mal hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, allerdings hatte die Wohnung dieses Mal Mängel...es fehlte eine Gaderobe, eine Ablage im Kinderzimmer, es war ein faustgrosses Loch in der Küchentür und der Kühlschrank hatte einen Riss. Die Fenster waren undicht und deshalb war es kühl in der Wohnung.

Ferienwohnung im Zentrum mit Charme
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohung war sauber, die Kommunikation mit Vermietern hat sehr gut geklappt. Jeder Zeit wieder!

Preis Leistung stimmt für diese zentralen Lage
Es war uns doch etwas zu hoch und wir finden die Wohnung könnte etwas weiße Wandfarbe gebrauchen wirkt etwas düster mit dem grau Anstrich . Uns fehlte definitiv eine Kaffeemaschine... aber wir kommen wieder . LG Thomas und Iris Tausgraf

Schöner Urlaub
Stilvoll eingerichtete DG-Ferienwohnung mit Blick über die Dächer Norderneys bis nach Juist. Alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. So kann man sich wohlfühlen!

Es gibt Pro- und Contra-Aspekte
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und die Wege zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind kurz. Die Lage bringt auch eine Geräuschkulisse mit sich, die für Leute, die geräuschempfindlich sind, sicherlich als störend wahrgenommen werden könnte. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und an sich wohnlich und modern eingerichtet und hat viel Stauraum. Allerdings könnte der Komfort besser sein. Es haben beispielsweise Eierbecher gefehlt oder ein Handbesen, mit dem man eigenständig Krümel oder Sand wegmachen kann. In der Küche steht zwar eine große Kühlgefrierkombi, aber es gibt keinen Stauraum für andere Lebensmittel, die nicht gekühlt werden müssen. Auch gibt es in den jeweiligen Räumen nur eine Deckenbeleuchtung. Kleine Nachttischlampen oder eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer würden zur Gemütlichkeit beitragen, wenn man bei Regentagen lieber in der Wohnung bleiben will oder einen Abend zuhause verbringen möchte. Durch die dunkle Farbe der Wände wirkt die Wohnung kleiner als sie eigentlich ist und etwas dunkel, aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, beim Check-out war nicht klar, wo wir die Schlüssel abgeben sollen. Wenn man die freundliche Dame, die sich um die Wohnangelegenheiten vor Ort kümmert bzw. diese weiter an die Eigentümer leitet, nicht antrifft, gibt es leider keine Nummer an die man sich wenden kann. Zumindest war uns diese nicht bekannt. Insgesamt daher nur 3 Sterne!

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Norderney-Urlaub
Saubere, frisch renovierte und nett gestaltete Wohnung. Gerne wieder. Abends manchmal ein wenig lauter da in der Fussgängerzone. Viele Stufen, daher nur für Leute mut einer gewissen Grundfitness!
