Staff was great. We were disappointed not to stay in the historic part of the hotel and were notified we were "upgraded" at checkin. That meant a bigger room but not in the historic part. Otherwise lovely hotel decorated for the holidays and helpful staff all around. Thanks!

Our room was very clean, check in staff and restaurant staff was fun, interacted with us. Food was great-portions were mostly huge. Wished they served warm butter with crab legs. Did notice this time crab legs were very salty.
