However the incredible location, in the heart of Nice’s Zone Pietonne, means you will be staying in one of the cities most exclusive neighbourhoods surrounded by vibrant brasseries, chic restaurants, boutique shops and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. To top it all Yasmin is equipped with air con for those hot Riviera nights and the building also has a lift so getting up to the 4th floor is literally no sweat!

The open plan living area has air conditioning and beautiful parquet flooring. There is a 28” Flat Screen TV with English News Channels and a DVD/CD player. The 2 seater sofabed is comfortable and there is also an easy chair.

The kitchen is excellently equipped with a 4 ring electric hob and a combination oven/grill. The kitchen has an integrated fridge-freezer, as well as toaster, kettle and cafetière. The apartment is also equipped with an Iron and Ironing Board and hairdryer.

A homely and comfortable dining table can be found in the living area and has ample space for 2 people to enjoy dinner, lunch or a traditional French breakfast of Croissants and Pain au Chocolat.
