Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé de façon idéale pour les balades en ville. L'accueil a été chaleureux, la terrasse nous a ravis. Il s'agit d'un appartement qui est réellement habité par ses propriétaires, contrairement à bien des locations gérées uniquement pour des séjours. Cela ajoute au charme de la place puisqu'on découvre un univers personnel. La salle de bain principale est très bien, mais la 2e douche mériterait un rafraîchissement.Le mobilier du salon pourrait aussi être un peu plus confortable pour améliorer les moments de détente. Je recommande cet appartement qui nous a permis de vivre Nice à notre rythme et sans tracas!

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour! Le logement est tres bien equipé, tres bien décoré,il ne manque rien !c'est tres calme! La terrasse est grande et tres belle! On y a passé de bons moments ! On reviendra! Tkout est bien comme cela !

Superbe appartement avec accès privatif.

Le calme et la tres grande terrasse bien abritée . L’emplacement proche de la prom tout en étant aussi proche de l’hyper centre sans la gene des touristes. Aussi l’accès quasi privé qui en fait presque une villa. La personne qui nous accueilli était tres serviable et disponible. Pas de reproche. Nous ne sommes pas servi du parking mais nous avons pu y laisser nos velos.
