Staff and rooms were head and shoulders above other places we’ve stayed in the region. Location is great: you can walk to Promenade, restaurants, shopping. Lots of bakeries nearby, as well as grocery stores. Would stay here again.

Diame was especially welcoming and helpful with tips getting around, places of interest. All the staff were very friendly and kind. They asked me whether I needed anything often during my 7 night stay. Complementary, lemonade and snacks were available ever day. My room was very small but bright, it had a balcony. Hotel is located a ten minute walk from the train station. I took the train to Monaco. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to family and friends.

The property itself was just okay. The room was very small and quite basic, with minimal amenities. I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel—3 stars at most. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe for two female travelers, which we appreciated. The staff was excellent—that was definitely the highlight. However, we didn’t receive complimentary breakfast, even though we paid $300 + a night, which felt super excessive given what we got. Overall, if we travel here again, we’ll likely stay elsewhere for that price.

We got the family room, which is 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. This was great for us since we were traveling with our 2 kids. In addition to this, the location is very convenient, close to the train and walkable to most attractions. The staff was very nice too.

This is a good Bed & Breakfast. But the rooms are small. Actually, everything in the hotel is small. But that’s pretty much the story in the South of France. On the plus side, the staff was really friendly, which is an anomaly in France. In general, the hotel was clean, but the bed sheets were awful. We complained but the bedsheets they changed were no better. They had that crumpled stale sense about them that seemed to be in all their sheets. Even the towels were not new. They did not feel fresh at all. Honestly, if it were not for a the friendly staff and the awful experiences we have had in properties in the South of France, I would have said that this was hotel was lower than mediocre. But relative to all the other properties we used and the staff we faced, this was really not that bad. But I would frankly choose not to come back to the South of France and would opt for the Italian Riviera instead. Better service. Better food. Better properties. Better value for money. And being friendly is not an anomaly. It is a standard.

Gorgeous hotel in a great central location. 5 mins away from train station for an early train departure worked great. Complimentary snacks and coffee all day, lovely staff. Beautiful rooms with great A/C helpful in the intense heat of June!

Lovely hotel

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here; we were very pleased with our stay. Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, around 15 mins walk from the promenade and 5-10 mins to the tram stop. The gentleman on reception was always polite, friendly and helped us out with an adaptor when we realised we hadn't packed any! Rooms were small but spotless and cleaned daily. Our only critique is the rooms do get very warm, being end of March the air con wasn't in use and with just a door to the balcony (no windows) it was too noisy to leave open at night. Overall though it was a great stay for the price we paid! Thank you!
