Situado en la calle residencial más prestigiosa de Niza, boulevard Victor Hugo en el corazón del Carré d'or, Este 2 dormitorios apartamento de lujo de estilo art déco de 100 metros cuadrados está a tan solo dos minutos andando de la "zona peatonal", Promenade des Anglais y el mar ya sólo 5 minutos a pie de la principal zona comercial (Avenue Jean Medecin). El apartamento está orientado al sur y al norte y su vertiente trans.

Amueblado con un alto nivel en un estilo contemporáneo, con cama King Size y colchones de alta calidad, el apartamento es elegante y cómodo.

De alta velocidad inalámbrico y acceso a internet por cable, canales de televisión locales e internacionales y un gran SmartTV pantalla plana 47inch le permiten permanecer conectado durante su estancia.

This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!

Great Place to stay

Lovely quiet building in a great location. Short walk to many restaurants the old quarter and the promenade. Minutes from the train station. It has all the conveniences of home. There are large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room. There are doors both front and back and there was always a lovely breeze from the Sea.The hostess was very obliging and continued to assist us even after we had departed in retrieving an item lost in an Uber.

Our host Roxanne got in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed and got in touch again in the days leading up to our trip. She is awesome. Super friendly, always available and quick to help us resolve any concerns we had. She also gave us many recommendations of the local area. The apartment was lovely, in a 1920s apartment block with large windows and doors, high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from everything we needed but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the central area. Thank you for having us! 😊

Great Location in Nice

My husband and I and another couple stayed 4 nights in this property. It was a great location, with easy access to the train station and of course many restaurants, shops, bakeries. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Roxanne was wonderful and so very helpful! She made sure we were happy and comfortable! A bonus was the elevator…which we took full advantage of. Roxanne sent us many recommendations and clearly went out of her way to be an excellent host! We had fun talking to her about many subjects! We will recommend to friends & family and would stay here again. We also took a few day trips which we enjoyed as well. Thank you!

Heaven on Hugo

This apartment is truly wonderful as is reflected in prior reviews. Blvd Victor Hugo is one of the grandest boulevards in Nice. Convenient and yet quiet, you can walk to most attractions including the Promenade. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The large kitchen has modern appliances and a full size refrigerator. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one we have ever encountered in a vacation rental apartment. The icing on this delicious cake is the property manager Roxanne. She is friendly, efficient, caring and an absolute joy to work with. Communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. This apartment is a gem as is its management. If you plan to visit Nice, you should book it.

Roxanne is Incredible, friendly, helpful and competent

Absolutely great location, quiet neighborhood, good access to parking, great access to the beach and the restaurant area, Incredible shopping. Everything so close. This is where you want to be. I felt safe walking by myself all the time. There are plenty of little parks all around the area to stop and take a break. We are planning to go back and this is where we want to stay.

Great place for an enjoyable stay in Nice

Apartment is very well located, short equidistance walk to Promenade and train station, and close to area with great selection of restaurants, yet on a quiet pleasant boulevard. Apartment itself is charming, bright, roomy and very clean. All beds, including the sofa bed are very comfortable. Air con works well if you keep the bedroom doors closed. Roxanne (host) is wonderful. Very responsive, friendly, helpful - everything you could want from a host. Would have no hesitation in staying in this, or any other of her apartments again. Don't hesitate in booking this place, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful stay in Nice apartment

We loved this apartment. Great layout for three of us. Easy walk to old town and waterfront. We loved our host! She met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us great instructions on the apartment and nearby shop and restaurant recommendations. She came again to say goodbye even though she wasn’t feeling the best. We recommend this apartments and host wholeheartedly.

Remy's apartment made our stay in Nice great. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for three of us! Close to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. The apparent was as described in the add, the manager was very helpful, the check in was easy and on time the apartment was clean and very confortable. Great location and communication

Our family had a wonderful 4 days in Nice. The location of the apartment was in walking distance to the beach and to Old Nice. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. (The air conditioning was especially appreciated in the heat wave!) Communication with Roxanne was excellent- she was very welcoming and excited for us to enjoy Nice.

Exactly what you want in a home away from home

Remy's place was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, it was a quiet building and neighborhood and the location was great. What really made this place special was Roxanne. She helps Remy manage the place and the check-in and check-out process. She was on top of every detail. She even noticed a smallvurn in the ironing board cover when she checked us in snd she purchased another one for us the jext day. We dodnt even ask. She gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations and things to do around town. She checked in with is throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and made sure we didnt need anything. Nice and the surrounding area is a very special place. I cant wait to get back and i will absolutely be booking with Remy.

Great Location

Apartment is in a nice quiet location; short walk to train station and the historic area. Very spacious apartment. We had an issue with the water heater breaking down. Was a bit of a hassle but owner was quick to respond and address the issue.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

This property is a perfect 5-Star for this area. The location is very central and absolutely ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Everything is within a couple of minutes walking distance. There are amazing restaurants and bars near by, it is very close to the fabulous beach and boardwalk, shopping, groceries, train station, etc. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, historic, luxurious and in a very safe, pleasant and relaxed neighbourhood. The kitchen area is a little small, but was equipped with all of the amenities. A very special mention has to be given to the property manager, Roxanne, as she was absolutely spectacular to deal with and extremely informative and attentive to all of our needs. Roxanne was always available to answer any questions promptly and provided us with amazing suggestions for restaurants and things to do and places to visit in and around Nice. Roxanne is extremely pleasant to deal with and made our visit to Nice one to remember. Thank you Roxanne!

Amazing stay in Nice!

My wife and I stayed in Nice for 5 days and loved the apartment. The check in process was easy and our VRBO host Roxane was wonderful. She sent a dozen restaurant recommendations and she responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is in a quiet location yet centrally located near the ocean, train station, old town of Nice and dozens of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
