You can get your room around 4:00pm and you are going to check out next day 11:00am. Room is chaos. And no complimentary water bottle. No including Breakfast & no parking space included. And you have to pay around $ 300 to 350 for what..?? Just only stay overnight to see lightning falls. Sorry not worth.

Horrible Experience I have no idea why this place has such great ratings. The basic room is clean, but it's nothing more than a place to sleep. Our check-in was a disaster. My wallet had been stolen the day before, so I added my husband’s name to the reservation for ID and credit card purposes. Even though the room was prepaid, the hotel refused to acknowledge the change. They claimed his name wasn’t in their system and demanded *my* ID — which I no longer had. After a frustrating standoff (at 9pm, with our exhausted 3-year-old), they *finally* let us in using photos of my license and passport. Completely ridiculous and entirely avoidable. If you're staying in the Tower, beware: even if you add someone’s name to the reservation, it won’t show up in their system. And the front desk staff couldn’t care less — they’re rigid and unhelpful. On top of that, the in-room TV had only 5 random channels — none for kids — and there was no option to connect to Netflix or any other streaming service. So if you're traveling with children, bring an iPad or something. Overall, poor service, broken systems, not worthy of an 8.7 rating
