A nice place and friendly staff. Parking is expensive, but that is typical of the area. Self parking is a few blocks away. Only valet parking is available on site.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tower Hotel. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Plus you get free access to observation deck on door 25. (We had a ground floor room)

Staff, what was there was excellent. The layout of the room and the modern design of the room was impressive. Lack of concierge or small gift shop took away from our stay. Breakfast at IHOP was a joke, food was not good and not worth eating, what little that was served. The people dumwaiter from the 29 to 30th floor was an inconvenience.

Nice hotel but you’re paying for the view. We were on 29th floor and the room was very small however the view was perfect. Room was clean, service very good. Would not recommend if you don’t like heights or dislike elevators.

We parked off-property, per the hotel requirements. The shuttle was always available to take us to/from our car. We did not have a view of the falls from the room, but we made several trips to the observation deck and took a walk down to the falls viewing area. It was an exciting, once in a lifetime adventure! I recommend this trip and this hotel.
