We do NOT allow local guests. This one queen bedroom 1 bath, 2nd floor apartment is solely for you. *Sleeps 4 people. Pet fees: $40 per night for each pet.
The space: This is an one bedroom 2nd floor absolutely new apartment. We have a queen bed in the bedroom. How ever, we have a sofa bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the common area. 4 people.

A Wonderful Stay in Niagara Falls — 10/10!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Niagara Falls. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were impressed by how clean, peaceful, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully maintained the entire house was. Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways, even better than we expected.The home has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Every room was spotless, the amenities were well arranged, and it was clear that the host puts genuine care into making her guests feel at home. We had a very enjoyable and memorable time there.The host was an excellent person; kind, thoughtful, responsive, and very clear with all the necessary instructions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and everything was communicated perfectly.What we appreciated most was the combination of cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, and the feeling of being in a well-loved home rather than simply a rental property.We left with nothing but happy memories and would gladly stay here again whenever we return to Niagara Falls. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully maintained place to stay.An easy 10/10 from both of us.
