Everything was great except the wait for the elevator to go to the hotel room. There was always a line and had to wait up to 10 minutes each time. The food in the bar area was excellent and customer service was good. I would return, just would choose a lower floor. We could not take the stairs to the 9th floor.

Soon as my husband and I got there to check in from our 2 1/2 hour drive , they told me at the front desk that my room had been cancelled because I used a 3rd party booking. I have never had this issue anywhere else. I showed my reservation and it was cheaper than what they had me pay even though he stated it was cheaper they still charge me a price that was higher and no one knows why my reservation was canceled.

Our stay was great from check in to check out. Front desk great customer service. Bar-Ms. Tasha (Keep up the awesome service) you out did yourself. This lady is kind as well as very patient. Love the ocean view at breakfast buffet. Beautiful leather head boards . Didn’t like no microwave and one elevator working . It was a big deal the sliding bathroom doors where off track no privacy.
