we had the room for 2 nights and they only give you the room cleaned at check in. I had to ask for clean sheets to change the beds and i did it myself cause they don't allowed to go and clean the room cause covid 19. we had to ask for clean towels too. the trash stays in the room until u leave. there was people smoking mariguana at the hole. we had to go and complain. the keys for the room didn't work we had to change them 3 times in our stay and our room was on the 3rd floor. I don't know what else to say. The only thing was good is the location close to Easton beach and Newport downtown.

My Apologies the hotel has been proactive in disinfecting the hotel with disinfecting wipes and sprays in all guest rooms public spaces through out the entire hotel 3 times a day and Antibacterial Soaps Unfortunately there is no Hand Sanitizer currently that can be purchased or found .

10mnt ride to downtown Newport. Close to everything. Clean. But insulation is poor. We could hear people rolling their luggage on the street. As well as people walking in the upstairs floor. Someone was snoring in the room adjacent and yes we heard it. But we werent looking for a spa hotel. We slept, showered, rested and spend our days sightseeing.

Friendly, helpful staff but no elevators and no free breakfast. Pizza from restaurant was great. Room was nice but no microwave.
