Experience Rhode Island

We had a solid experience at the The Pell hotel. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. The bar/restaurant has good food and is open 7 days a week. The place was very clean. Gym is a good size. Interior decor is charming and homelike with that warm welcoming Rhode Island feel. Sheets are crisps white and pillows are comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24hr. Well manicured landscape both front and backyard, perfect for weddings and big events. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhode Island. You won't regret it.

Amazing stay!! Shoutout to providing free water :) The Helmway food was a bit overpriced, but I can’t complain about the food so it didn’t even matter lol. The only ‘complaint’ I would have is that the walls in the rooms must be thin because we could hear almost everything going on with whoever stayed in the rooms next door. Anyways, staff was amazing, food was amazing, housekeeping was amazing, room was great & very very clean. We would for sure stay here again.

Very nice hotel, convenient to attractions and conveniences. Very clean room and VG housekeeping service. Only drawback - understaffed restaurant at breakfast but would definitely return.

The Pell is Good Value

The bed was too soft and rather uncomfortable, and the room had a slightly damp smell, although it was very clean – likely due to the humidity of the town. We had breakfast in the restaurant one day and and it was good and good value. Overall, the staff seemed very attentive in the hotel.

Comfortable and clean rooms with good amenities, such as nespresso coffee. Beach like decor with an airy feel. Good location. 11 min. to all major attractions in either direction. A trendy looking restaurant serving all meals and great drinks. Fun backyard outdoor space for kids to run or play corn hall, along with comfy outdoor sofas. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional.
