The house was not very clean when we arrived. There was body hair on the bathroom floors and shower. There were not cleaning supplies in the house so we had to go to the store to get our own and clean it ourselves.Only one shower had shampoo/conditioner/body wash as advertised though it was almost empty. The master shower did not have anything in it. The bathroom sinks did not have handsoap.We had to go to the store to buy our own.We sent a message to the host about the cleanliness and lack of handsoap and they did not bother responding. The patio furniture was disgusting with stains all over it. The patio screen door was incredibly hard to open. We messaged the host about this. She responded to this and sent a repair man. This was on the 2nd day. He said that the wheels were broken and he would need her approval to replace them. We never heard from them again about this and just had to deal with the broken screen door.The view and location are a 10/10 but the responsiveness of the host to issues leaves a bit to be desired.
