PARKING: - 2 tandem spaces designated for this unit in carport and single subterranean garage. - CAUTION: EXTREMELY LOW OVERHEAD CLEARANCE. Large vehicles VANS and SUV's WILL NOT FIT. - General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood (metered, unmetered and pay-station) - Keep all vehicles and valuables locked at all times.
