Large master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and spa-style ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 bunk beds, totaling in 4 full beds. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares the full hall bathroom with the bunk room. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom with a walk in closet.

Other Important Details:

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

-This home is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please note that, due to seasonal demand and the potential need for service or repairs, uninterrupted A/C operation cannot be guaranteed.
