We arrived early & our rooms weren’t ready. Okay, totally understand. Manager (wearing a stained t-shirt promising “I speak sarcasm”. Managers don’t wear uniforms of some sort anymore?) said rooms would be ready in 40 minutes. Fine. No problem. Left to go out, returned almost 2 hours later to find rooms still not cleaned. We waited in the lobby for another 30 minutes. And when I say “we” I mean my husband, son and two really elderly family members who had just driven 9 hours. Bit of a bummer. A very lovely lady at the front desk *did* bring me an iron, however—which was much appreciated. The decor is really odd with lots of strange floral arrangements (with gold flowers) that really lower the tone. It really needs a complete overhaul & update to something more classic and comfortable. As it is it looks like it’s stuck in a 70s time warp in Vegas. Location was super convenient —not everyone will like being right off the highway but it worked great for us. Parking is plentiful but could benefit from someone rolling out all the ruts and potholes in the parking lot.

Everything was fine with two exceptions. When our room was cleaned, they did not refill or change out the toilet paper or take our used towels/rags. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. There was also a spot on the floor where the flooring was peeling up.

The place itself was not bad and the room was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is that despite saying breakfast is included, all there was was coffee, which i could have gotten in my room. So don't book this place if breakfast is a reason why you're choosing it.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping is great and can work around your schedule. Beds are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Ive been to 5 hotels in 6 months and this place is the best.

Rude housekeepers!

Well the vending machines were empty in every pop the housekeepers are rude especially Ann, she was acting like as we were checking out we were in an inconvenience and it was never that kind of experience ever there but I will never stay there again! Seem like the housekeepers were just walking around talking to each other.

Good value

Good value hotel with a convenient location. The property is slightly outdated but very VERY clean. Beds were comfortable. All was acceptable especially for such a budget price. No complaints at all.

People were Great! I really only had 2 complaints my bed was to big for the frame and would almost flip you off. I had to remove the toilet lid for it to flush properly.

Our room was absolutely disturbing. The floors were destroyed, no shower curtain, no bathroom door lock, etc. I could go on forever with the list of things wrong with our room. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof again if this is how they operate.

Nothing really stood out on this stay. Nice but the bathtub could be better. The only thing really is the noise from semi that pull in and out across the street..and other people in the hall you can hear everything. But cant blame the hotel for theother guests.
