Woman at the front desk wasn't professional and didn't know the hotel well enough to know what side my room was on for parking, light bulbs were out making the room very dim. Never have i had these issues before, and its making me contemplate coming back.

We didn’t like was that the trash bags were left in the bottom or side of the bin and not opened and put in the can. Our double room only had 3 towels and we had 4 people so had to call down but they were brought up promptly. Geri at the desk was awesome.

The room was not as clean as most places I’ve stayed. There were food crumbs around the waste basket and dirt in the bathroom. Also, not all the ceiling lights worked in the bathroom.

The property appeared to be new and it was a short drive away from where I was attending, that being said the room I had was not clean and left a lot to be desired. First the bath tub had obviously been used that day or slightly before as there was hair in it that i had to get out, the tub bottom had rust stains from the water. Also the soap dispensers were empty and they didnt offer travel or samples. All summed up it was an okay stay not worth the price however in my opinion.
