Took a bit of time to be checked in, no staff at
check in point/reception at time of our arrival
Was taken to a room on third floor, the phone was not working and no TV remote. I had to come all the way down to inform the reception. He came up to confirm and brought a replacement TV remote which unfortunately did not work. He confirmed the phone was not working. He then casually informed that the maintenance team would come next morning around 9am to fix it and started walking out the room. No apology. I then told him what was going to happen overnight if I needed to make I call ( I was okay with not watching a TV). He then asked me * do you want to buy or ask anything overnight* . At the point I him I didn't know but I needed the phone to work. He seemed angry at me, then blurted out *if you want I can change the room for you*. I then said please. He went down and came up with the key to another room, then says here is the okay to then replacement room. He did not care to show us the direction to the room, no apology. The water pressure in the replacement room was not enough to neatly flush the toiley and the bathroom tub was clogged. Horrible experience and I told my wife, we would never stay in this hotel again.
