The staff were amazing. Although the report is under renovations and our room type wasn’t available, they were more than accommodating and offered some refund plus late check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable, would stay again. Small take away on adjacent corner has excellent meals and also coffee at reasonable prives

The property was in a real bad shape. Seems like a renovation was happening. The smell of paint was very strong. I didn’t stay for the night.

The property was in full construction mode with noise and dust consistent with construction. It really didn't matter to us since we were only sleeping there, and the noise was during business hours when we weren't there much. It is winter there, and low season, so not surprised that they chose this time of year for work. Personnel there were very friendly and helpful, and we did not complain or ask for any discounts. I guess it's because I work construction too and understand the limitations.

My stay was a very average experience at most. The room was clean except for the stained curtains and the odd black hair located in the bathroom (assuming from a cleaner). I could hear every single world clear as day from other guests in surrounding rooms making it very hard to sleep. The rain pouring over the stairs outside also made sleeping very difficult. There’s a lack of powerpoint options along with no aircon access within the room

Reception was lovely on arrival. The motel is clean and comfortable but a little run down. We've stayed before and knew that they supplied shower products but most tubs were empty or difficult to work. The water runs out onto the bathroom floor so you have angle the shower head. Close to town and a nice area

Lovely view of inlet and marinas from window. Walk to RPAYC. Not a lot of dining options locally, but Newport beach in walking distance (or bus).

Funny sort of place in some ways really nice but in others not so good. Had an unpleasant run in with another guest when parking our car, he had blocked the hotel car park entrance and when I pointed this out the staff failed to do anything about it and just got huffy. Also if you have over size 34 waist you may have trouble getting into the shower I have never seen a shower door so narrow.
