The area is heavily under construction. The hotel is mainly a rent a room for people needing home stays per the receptionist. I had reserved a king room multiple weeks before but was told to bad and give a double room because the kings had been rented out. When we went into the room we found.. damaged walls, holes in curtains, bathroom floor’s stripped, feces on the wall in bathroom.

I booked and paid in advance but when I arrived the booking had got lost in a management takeover....I had my written confirmation but the hotel claimed to have no record. They were full so no rooms available and because they had no booking record they refused to refund me. No person in authority available to help....just a number to take you to a help desk for the management company. Overall a rotten experience.

The bed was great. No coffee available in room and the office didn't open until 8:30am, so we couldn't get coffee there either at 6am. Strangely the sink in the room had hot water from both knobs, and the shower water temp fluctuated. The room was clean 👌

This hotel is just a rebranded Econolodge. The pictures of the lobby are accurate, but the pictures of the rooms on the website are not what my room looked like. The good was that it was close to the interstate and had good water pressure. The bad was that there were holes in the carpet, my wife found a couple of long hairs in the bed, the shower curtain was torn. The drawers in the dresser weren't in their tracks. All the furniture was old and beat up. The tv channels didn't really work right. They were all fuzzy. I heard other guests complain about that also to the front desk. We were told the front desk was closed between midnight and 8 am. That didn't really affect us, but I could see how that would cause a problem if someone was getting there late. None of the bad things we experienced were terrible by themselves, but put all together it made for a less than great stay.

Know what you're getting but it is a savings.

I appreciate the mission of the Inn at Lake Washington by OYO I-405 and what they are trying to accomplish. The prices were very reasonable, but they should be much clearer about what the caveats of that are. There is only room cleaning / turn down on request and based on their availability. If you stay longer than a week you have to buy your own toilet paper, etc. Again, no problem, but would have liked to have been better communicated. The customer service is incredible. Their friendliness and patience was very much appreciated.

Terrible.

Bathroom had mold. Plastic(whatever the bathtub is made of) decay. Flooring had air pockets everywhere. Pool is disgusting. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

Good stay if you want to save some money. Not the most clean place, and limited in terms of public transportation. We would have to uber to the transit centre to take a bus, or walk the 40 minute walk or so. Otherwise, it was what we expected.
