I had a CONFIRMED one night stay at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. I said I had a PAID & CONFIRMED reservation. They said Hotels.com had overbooked me.

Water pressure for the hot water was a trickle. Room floor was dirty. Lots of damage to the hotel area and the hotel seem to be in disrepair. Doors to the breakfast area on one morning could not be open and we had to go through the kitchen to get our food. Hallways seemed damp. Damage to the back of the hotel made access to the beach unavailable, and had to take an 5 min walk to gain access. Overall well below standard for a Hampton hotel or any hotel that cost that much money to stay. Totally disappointing!

It could be more clean. I din’t like the smell of bed. The bathroom was a bit dirty. But the staff and the view of the room were really good. Breakfast was also good, not perfect, though.

This place has a terrible odor, 😕 the perfumed vents were in my sinuses for days! And all over my clothes, i had to wash them several times right out of the suite case, the water pressure is horrible, everything was damp. After paying for your stay 100. 00 a nite, they have the nerve to charge a fee daily for.parking our car!! No one ever services our room. And i had to put dirty wet towels in the hallway for someone to retrieve, there is a lack in service there. And only one elevator was working. I would not stay gere again. NOT RECOMMEND
