As advertised!

Exactly as advertised, Denise was very responsive to all of my questions, and the cleanest beach front house we have ever stayed at! Only downside was that the beach does allow vehicles (must pay to drive on the beach and appeared to only be people finding a spot to spend the day) but would not have been noticed much if my children were older.

My 60th Birthday with siblings

I was so excited to spend this birthday at the beach with my sisters and brothers. I am a native of Daytona Beach but now live in Northern VA so it was my plan to come home when no one was sick or no funeral to attend. This was the perfect house and location for some relaxation and time well spent with my family. The house was very clean and more than met my expectations! It is Beautiful!

Short stay to visit family in the area.

We were here for a 3 night stay to attend my brother's celebration of life. The home and location were lovely. The beach is beautiful here. Unfortunately, it was cold during our visit, but that did not deter the little ones from getting in the water anyway.

Wedding weekend!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Front Row for our wedding weekend and could not have been happier! We had gorgeous weather and the house did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for our whole family to enjoy. The kids (ages 6,10 and 15) played in the beach every chance they got. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This home provides everything you need and was super clean. It was perfect!

Piece of heaven

We were supposed to be in Anna Maria and had to change coasts post hurricane and was so fortunate to find this gorgeous home. The cleanliness, locations, amenities and view were stunning. We asked if we could get in early and they accommodated our request and an issue with the coffee maker had a new one delivered within the hour. Absolute gem

Wedding Weekend

I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for Denise (property owner) in working with us through a very stressful and crazy stay. We rented this property for the bride and bridesmaids for our son's wedding. The house is absolutely stunning! Beautifully appointed! Location is perfect. The girls were able to relax and enjoy their time together. Due to Hurricane Milton we ended up using the house for hair, makeup and photos due to the wedding venue cottages not having power. The backdrop of this property was perfect! The space in the kitchen, common area made this last minute change stress free! As I look through the pictures from that day I continue to thank Denise for her flexibility and prompt communication that helped us maneuver what would otherwise been an impossible situation. I would definitely recommend this property for large families. Location on the beach is perfect. Would definitely rent again! Thank you Denise for being there for us. You are the best!!

New Smyrna Beach House

The house was roomy and clean, specially the living, dining and kitchen areas. There was construction next door which does not appear in the photos and the street in front of the house is not paved, it is sand. One of the driveways is very steep. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing house and view!

This was the perfect relaxing beach stay with the most insane view. Definitely a luxury beach experience. With the Olympics going on we wish the couch was a little larger in the living room with a bigger TV but if the Olympics weren’t on this wouldn’t have been an issue. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. I’d recommend the home to anyone! Additionally, washing and drying all the towels was a little stressful to get done but overall the check in and check out process was super simple!

What a view!

Beautiful, quiet and well-maintained home with incredible beach views from multiple levels. Great place to gather with the family, and you can't beat walking out the back door onto the beach. Great location near a variety if shops and restaurants, but away from heavy traffic.

This home never disappoints. We’ve been staying at here for the past 5 or 6 years and we there’s no where else we would rather stay in NSB. Denise is always available and so accommodating. We make sure we book our dates early because it does get booked up.

Florida Escape

This property is absolutely amazing. Communication with owners was wonderful. Home is well stocked for all cooking and beach needs. Ocean views are amazing and location is perfect for restaurants. The one small thing I wish were different, is that I am elderly and had an issue with beach access because of no direct staircase to the beach. On another note, my kids and grandkids had great fun watching me slide down sandbags. laughing out loud. Stay here. You will love it. By the away - there is walking access to the beach two houses down.
