The bed in the spare room needs an update, my 88 year old mother stayed in that room and basically the bed is a cot on maybe a queen size frame. The foot board part was very dangerous as it stuck out and was ez to “run into” if not very careful, again for a younger person this may have been alright. We ended up leaving a day early bc my Mothers body couldn’t take another night of that bed! Had I seen the condo in person before renting it I probably wouldn’t have rented it.The couch was very worn and not welcoming, we covered the cushions with towels before we sat on it.The walk in shower is very small with no kind of handles to hang on to, although there was a bath tub with a shower.The first time we made toast in the toaster oven/ Airfryer the smoke alarms went off and the toast wasn’t even browned yet, next time we used it we opened the front door and the sliding glass door.My mother was very disappointed with the condo and she paid half of the fee. It was very inconvenient for her to get to the beach as you had to go out the front of the condo through the parking lot and go down a ramp just to get to the beach vs being able to go through the condo courtyard and down some stairs to reach the beach. We ended up having to drive on the beach for her.All of our towels were in the laundry I put them in the dryer and when I went back the doors were locked, I texted the number I received in my email, received a phone call from a gentleman that could hardly speak English and w
