Amazing, amazing, amazing sunsets from your bedroom window and porch!!! Watch manatees, dolphins, egrets, otters, and other wildlife and listen to their sounds from 2nd story porch overlooking the Indian River. Paddleboard and Kayak right off the dock in the river where you can tie up your boat. Boat launch in the complex! JB's is short walk (or kayak/paddleboard ride) away! The public park next door to the complex has tennis and pickleball courts and playground. Beach is a short walk (2 blocks) away, you can see it from the front porch where you can walk for miles! Cape Canaveral National Seashore is short walk away with lots of additional fun to explore. Complex has pool, clubhouse, community grill, fishing dock, boat docks, shuffle board court, and many other amenities!
