We loved the clean and updated 2 bedroom unit and balcony. Unfortunately our neighbors were noisy and smoked on their balcony and the smoke wafted into our unit. The proximity to beach is a big plus.

So pleased with our stay on our spring break vacation for our family of five with kids ages 4-14. We had a second floor unit in the sea villas buildings, the property itself was well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, felt private and safe, and family friendly. It had stunning ocean views, a great pool (and pool area) for both kids and adults, was quiet, clean, and conveniently steps from the beach with walkways on both sides of buildings. Our unit was clean and spacious for the five of us, and I liked the beachy cottage decor that felt homelike rather than like a hotel. I appreciated the amenities included; kitchenware, dishwasher w/ detergent, ice maker, kitchen towels, bath and pool towels, and a welcome kit to get us started before we did our own shopping. The bracelet “keys” were convenient to wear to pool/beach, and made getting around easy w/o having to dig out a card or worrying about losing it. Check in and out were very easy and quick and I also liked that it was a pet-free property. I was a little nervous about where we would end up staying since I’d read in reviews there are multiple buildings, and you don’t know where you’ll be until you check in. Fortunately we got the perfect place for our family, and we are already talking about coming back next year!

Very nice, clean, quiet property, literally 30-second walk to the beach. Spacious, had privacy, which made up for not overlooking the beach as we expected. 10 a.m. check out is firm. We were gathering the last bit of stuff we had, and 10am, they were at the door for us to be gone, lol! We had a really good time here with no major issues! Booked again for next year with 2 extra days added! Can not wait!!

The size of the place and its proximity to the beach was amazing. More than enough room, clean and comfortable. Small town feel, slower pace than Cocoa or Daytona. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Access to interstates is easy and fast.

What a fantastic find! Located practically by the beach in a nice small town neighborhood. The property is very well maintained and is in great shape. Our suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, as well as a small cozy outside patio. Chases is a lovely brunch-lunch-dinner option, a short walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive. Excellent sighseeing as well.

Our local Getaway

Great little quiet place just down from Flagler Avenue. Easy beach access and check in was seamless. Wish pool was bigger and heated but can’t win them all. Would easily stay here again. Staff was very pleasant at check in.

Amazing Stay

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property had such a quaint feel. We enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to come in and out as needed. We spent many hours in the pool and hot tub. All of our interactions with the staff were positive and they were very helpful. We will definitely be back!
