The room was clean, the staff was nice and the hotel's cold breakfast area wasn’t that safe because some other Guests got their cars broken into the night we stayed there

Although this Days Inn is decently renovated, the room still has a bit of a musty smell. In addition, around 3 AM we were waken up by the loud talking sounds. I had to jam the towels into the wide gap under the door, and used luggages to block these loud noises . Lastly, the quality of breakfast foods were poor. However, the staff ( an old lady) was very courteous, and knowlegeable.

Sketchy place with lots of sketchy people hanging around. Did not feel safe. Room was dirty, bed was hard. Looked like there was blood on the sink in our room. I almost slept on my car but that didn’t feel any safer. Can’t believe I had to pay to stay there.

The young woman during the evening shift was a doll, she helped where she could. One side of the hotel was smoking, the other, non-smoking. We stayed in nonsmoking. However, it shared a bathroom wall. Our bathroom smelled like an ashtray the ENTIRE stay. It was nasty and hard to breathe to shower, bathe, or even use the toilet as quickly as possible. 2 TV remotes didn't work, then the TV wouldn't switch to a channel when a working remote was found, then we thought about changing rooms, but the wifi wasn't working for. TV in another room. The morning/day desk lady, is slow, not friendly, watches her phone and TV in the lobby and getting an extra blanket and towels was an ordeal vs the night lady was simple and helpful. There was no water to drink at the breakfast, the choices were sunny D and red Kool aid. The muffins were old my kids didn't even enjoy them and the cereal made the milk taste so bad I made sure she checked the expiration date on the milk. Was also only 1 cup of coffee worth in the thermos, for a nonbusy hotel. Very disappointed and does NOT deserve a good review. The rooms themselves were clean in terms of floors, surfaces and linen-the housekeeping does a swell job. The AC/heater worked well.

Room advertisement showed walk inside to get to room but it was a outside entrance for room. Towels had hair left on them and the non smoking room smelled of smoke. Was told i could get fresh clean towels even though the hair was on most of them.
