Wifi in room 202 was slow to non-existent. If you need Wifi try for a room in the middle of the building, it may possibly be better there. I travel a lot and this was as bad as it gets. If you have 5G on your phone, that's what you'll be using. The staff were very nice. The beds were adequate. Bedding/pillows was much better than average. Even though it's close to I-10 I heard no traffic. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Several fast-food and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. You have two options for tap water: warm and very warm. Running the water will not get it any colder. 'Very warm' was fine for the shower. All in all, I believe this is a good option provided you have no need for wifi.

This property was extra clean, the freshness in the air when you walked in the building and the staff was so professional and caring. I had a family emergency and had to stay extra night and the staff understood and made it so very easy to extend my stay and take my family's emergency. Thanks to the super staff.

The entrance GPS directed me to take was an open dark abandoned area with many pot holes. It was not an inviting entrance to the hotel.

We usually stay at Comfort Inn because it's affordable and clean. However this location was a disappointment. All of the rooms in the area were a little high.. we assumed because of a sporting event happening near by. We get to our floor and it reaked of marijuana as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. We got to our room and the first thing I noticed was how dirty and stained the carpet was. The tile floor was dirty. The furniture was stained. The bed skirt was dirty and the sheets were stained. The night stand beside the bed was dirty. The shower didn't drain very well, so I was standing in water to the top of my feet the entire time. When we checked in the man at the desk wrote on our key envelope that breakfast was 6am-9am even though their website said 6-10 on the weekend. The next morning we went down for breakfast at 830 and there was no breakfast, only coffee. We waited at the front desk to ask about breakfast and there was no one at the front desk. There was a basket with a sign that said to drop your keys in the basket.... which also meant that if you wanted a receipt upon checkout, you were out of luck. When we were leaving we went to drop off our keys in the basket. There was a lady there, she never looked at us or even acknowledged us. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Thank you for your review. Your concerns have been passed along to management. Breakfast times on Expedia's website are 6-9am which is where you booked. Choice also has 6-9am on the website. I'm not sure where you saw the times for breakfast. As we try our hardest to prevent smoking we cannot control others and what they do. However, we do try to prevent this from happening. Your receipt actually would have came from Expedia since it was a third party booking. As a courtesy, we do leave a sign when we step away to notify you instead of just leaving. As safety measure due to covid, we do leave a basket for you to drop your keys. I am a bit confused as you stated no one was at the desk but then stated there was a lady that never looked your way?? I hope this finds you well and you give us another chance in the future. Please always bring issues to the desk at check in so we may make them right. Kind Regards.

We previously stayed at this hotel when it initially opened and enjoyed our stay. There clearly has been a lack of upkeep and cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms. When we initially checked in - after a late flight - the room assigned was not cleaned. Besides the beds being made the rest of the room and bathroom were dirty. In the bathroom was leftover soap and trash. Absolutely disguising! We were promptly assigned a new room that was clean -more so tolerant that I was comfortable using Clorox wipes to disinfect the surfaces. The room key would not work daily so we would always have to wait at the check-in for staff to fix. We were never provided with sufficient towels as we had our two children with us - only given two towels - so we would also have to circle back with the check-in desk.
