Maid Staff friendly. Building conditions were scary. The floor in our 3rd floor room was spongy and I was actually afraid I would fall through the floor. I didn’t go near the air conditioner for this reason. We ended our trip a day early checked out, taking the loss of payment. I will not stay here again.

Room was ok. I knew it wasn’t 5 star because of the price. Beds were hard but they always are for me at motels. Staff was very helpful. Kids loved the waffles for breakfast. I’d stay there again.

It's a classic case of getting what you pay for, but I did expect the previous occupants' dirty towels to have been removed from the bathroom and not to have to go to the front desk to get a remote for the television.

There is absolutely nothing about this property that was enjoyable. We found the biggest cockroach I've ever seen right outside our hotel door, another dead one by our window. When taken to manager, they refused refund saying because I didn't book direct they could not refund me. And was told us this is the first time they've had any issues. They said they can change our room, but needless to say we didn't sleep, let alone attempt to eat anything from there. When moved to the other room, towels were dirty, sink was clogged. And when coming back from spending as many hours as we could outside our hotel room, we witnessed an altercation where the management we're trying to charge an elderly man first for 3 extra nights, and then when he corrected them they tried to charge him for his service dog. Hotel is just as disgusting as the management and I would definitely never stay there again. I hope other people won't either!

The water pressure in the shower was low. There was a dead bug stuck in the electrical cord for the TV. The sheets had holes in them.

I paid for two rooms and the photos online are absolutely not what you get when you arrive. When I entered my room, my best friend hadn’t arrived yet to enter her own room, my room smelled there were stains on the carpet and on the walls carpet was torn in some places the paint was atrocious the mini fridge was extremely old and very worn I am mediately went back out and said that I was not staying there Mr. Patel said he would refund my money and hopefully that is the case and it returns on my card within the next couple of days however I was charged three times so I don’t even know if that’s going to be accurate. I spoke with him again before I left new Braunfels and he assured me I would not be charged so hopefully all three of those amounts go back to my credit card

Beware don’t let the pictures fool you. The surrounding appeared unsafe because it gave me a since it was more like a place people were living there not hoteling. What has really driven me to write this review was a man sitting comfortable outside on the bench by the front door smoking attempted to engagement me in conversation as I passed about the way I was dressed more specifically asking me how I could walk in my high heels. I did checkin but my guess with me refused. I did check out about 1 hour after I checked in to seek more comfortable and secure hotel accommodations.
