My room was right next to the freeway (35) and it was SO LOUD all night long. The coffee maker in my room didn’t work and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Other than that the place is clean and in a convenient area.

Holiday Inns are not what they used to be. We had to change rooms (even after an upgrade) due to a very noisy air condenser located outside the room. They were very accommodating. However, then we got stuck in a room that had a dog barking constantly in the next room. Not the property’s fault however I don’t understand why hotels allow pets for this reason. The room was spacious but just didn’t like it. The toilet was so low to the floor that I could barely get back up after using it. Why is it so hard to install comfortable toilets? No cleaning service unless you fill out a form and turn it in by 9 am!! The food was horrible. The complimentary coffee and breakfast items they offer are not worth the effort. Only saw muffins 2 days in a row in the “complimentary” area. No granola bars or fruit as advertised. Coffee horrible. Just overall not good for how overpriced it was.

When we arrived and went to check in, the lady that was working the front counter told us that our reservation had been cancelled. I was very confused and asked why and she said that we didn't answer the phone when they called to ask if we still wanted the reservation. This has never happened before when we reserve a hotel through Travelocity. The air in our room was nice and cold until we went to sleep and during the middle of the night the air cut off and it wouldn't come back on until later on after we got up to get our day started. The air did this both nights. The shower head was broken in the shower and barely trickled any water out and the tub itself was so slippery that it would be a danger to anyone who's balance wasn't excellent. When I told the people at the front desk about these issues they acted like they did not care and they said that they would let maintenance know. We will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again. We were very disappointed from the time we got there until we left.

The room is old and dirty and the furniture is falling apart. This is the second room we tried. The first one had visible mold and smelled like mold. The pool is super tiny even the it looks huge in the pictures. I would never stay here again.
