Staff was very friendly, Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. They had the same thing both days. Location was very convenient. Many restaurants nearby, Short drive to the University. I was there 2 nights for my granddaughter's Family weekend. Had a good night sleep. To be honest the place was better than I expected. I read some of reviews after I had already booked it and was kind of having second thoughts, but I went ahead and stayed as everything else was all booked. I saw nothing of what some of the reviews said. The room was very Clean and comfortable..

Eh it was a place to sleep

We check in and was informed our room was in the second building, we got to the building and room and had issues with the keys had had to get them fixed and the air had an odd scent. We tried to turn down the ac but it never felt like the room cooled. Booked an accessible room shower transition strip was raised and soap scum in shower. Sink has grim and ac had mold on the air vent. We didn’t attend breakfast or visit the pool since they are located in the main building. Not what we expected but we decided to make the best of it and not complain since we only stayed two night and were visiting family

Rooms filthy, property was broken concrete & dead grass, A/C broken, no free breakfast and I was approached by vagrant in parking lot as well as a stray pit bull. I left a day early at 10am on 8/27/25. The shampoo in shower was used with grease on the container.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was finding cockroaches in my room — completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one charging guests at this rate. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my entire stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the staff’s response to the issue was dismissive and unhelpful. Clearly, there are serious hygiene and maintenance problems here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. Not a bad property but it’s old and not clean. The bathtub in particular was extremely dirty. Lots of old grime and mold. The walls and doors are very dirty. The key cards don’t work half of the time. The a/c never gets the room completely cooled down. It worked fine to lay your head down at night but the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was lacking but it was decent enough. Again, for what we paid, it did the trick. I wouldn’t stay here again though.
