Absolutely the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in. My husband and I travel all over and always pick nice hotels but this one was by far the best. The customer service on all levels was extremely professional.

This was truly a magnificent hotel. Upon entering the hotel you are immediately welcomed by a desirable fragrance in the air. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was fantastic and ample. The overall environment of the hotel was breathtaking with all the furnishings and decors. The views from the Top were gorgeous!

A little chilly

We enjoyed our stay at the Brown Hotel but they were having maintenance issues with their heating system so unfortunately our room was freezing. Both restaurants were wonderful.

Luxury Hotel?

Room wasn’t ready for our check in at 5:15, no offers of compensation for delay. Front desk didn’t answer phone calls. Bathroom has wallpaper coming off and stains on ceiling. Overall, it was dated old and depressing.
